Job Description:

This role is responsible for executing the full monthly closing cycle, with a core focus on Accounts Payable (AP) functions. Key tasks include processing all staff claims and vendor invoices, strictly checking and approving purchase requests and coding for expenses, and ensuring accurate system entries for month-end cost items. Furthermore, the role involves detailed financial maintenance, specifically preparing and reconciling schedules for accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets, and compiling necessary documents and schedules (including balance sheet reconciliations and PL variance analysis) to successfully support annual and ad-hoc audits.
