Job Responsibility

  • Accurately process a large volume of vendor invoices while adhering to company policies and deadlines
  • Utilize Adobe DocuSign to manage electronic approvals and securely store payment authorizations
  • Review, code, and match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of vendor statements and promptly resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and execute payments while ensuring compliance with established procedures
  • Maintain organized and accessible digital records of invoices, contracts, and related documentation
  • Communicate effectively with vendors to address inquiries, payment statuses, and discrepancies
  • Assist with accounts payable tasks during month-end closing processes

Requirements
