The role requires a focused and accountable individual who can ensure accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day financial operations.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately input accounts payable data and journal entries into the system
Scan and organize documents as part of the transition to a paperless workflow
Process invoices by matching them with packing slips and entering them into the system
Generate and pull financial reports as needed to support operational needs
Conduct weekly check runs to ensure timely payments
Take on additional projects or tasks as assigned to support the department
Maintain accountability and focus while managing a high volume of data entry
Requirements:
Prior experience or familiarity with accounts payable processes is preferred
Proficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle invoice coding, check runs, and invoice processing efficiently
Experience with scanning and organizing documents electronically
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remain focused
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
