Job Description:

A position has opened up for an Accounts Payable Clerk at a company in Roseville. The Accounts Payable Clerk role offers an exciting opportunity to make an indispensable contribution to the success of the company. This department offers prospects of career growth and advancement. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be required to match and batch, code, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. The Accounts Payable Clerk is a long-term contract opening.

Job Responsibility:

Carry out a full-cycle A/P
Provide internal and external audit assistance
Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents
Perform special projects as assigned
Assist AP/Finance Department with administrative tasks
Assist internal business partners with customer service needs
Perform daily processes and controls to ensure company policy compliance
Manage department mail (opening, sorting, distributing)
Verify, log, and mail checks

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
High-accuracy invoice-entry experience
Exposure to expense payables
Previous Dynamics GP, Oracle, or SAP experience preferred
Expense payables experience preferred
High-volume (200+ invoices per week) A/P entry experience preferred
Relevant education and/or training considered a plus
