Job Responsibility:
Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding
Manage vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
Assist in month-end closing by providing necessary documentation and reports
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
High school diploma required
an associate degree in accounting or related field is preferred
Dependable, with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
Proficient in managing multiple tasks with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with lien and title searches, as well as dealer-related processes
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Dependable and committed to maintaining high standards of work quality
Experience with electronic payment systems and financial reconciliation processes
Knowledge of business casual workplace etiquette and conduct characterized by attention to detail
