Accounts Payable Clerk

• Process vendor invoices by verifying, coding and entering payables into ERP system in a timely manner
• Ensure expenses are charged to the correct accounts and cost centers
• Ensure all cheques are properly authorized and mailed promptly
• Prepare and process weekly cheque runs, electronic payments in a timely manner
• Receive, review and organize incoming vendor bills and statements
• Perform other duties as required
• Work with software Great Plains

• 1-3 years of accounts payable experience
• Knowledge of BisTrack and Great Plains is an asset
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work in a demanding environment
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to handle company information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable vehicle is required, as this is a non-bus route

Knowledge of BisTrack and Great Plains is an asset
