We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. Job Responsibility:

Oversee fleet registrations and manage insurance-related tasks
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth administrative operations and resolve discrepancies
Support general office tasks and maintain organized filing systems
Utilize ERP software to streamline accounts payable processes

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
Proficiency in processing and coding invoices with attention to detail
Familiarity with ERP software is strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and administrative duties effectively
Ability to handle fleet registrations and insurance tasks with accuracy
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and resolve issues
Knowledge of basic office software and systems to support administrative tasks
