Job Description

As Accounts Payable Clerk, reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be one of the first points of call for any queries or calls relating to the accounts payable function. This role requires lateral thinking, good organisation skills and a strong background in a payables environment. You will need the ability to work at pace with clear communication across the board and high attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Experience in a busy accounts payable environment with a strong performance record
  • Working at pace whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail
  • Proven ability to allocate supplier payments to invoices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with a particular focus on Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Prior experience on cloud based, automated document management software

Prior experience dealing with employee expenses or company cards
