Job Description:

Detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk fluent in French to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position that requires 100% on-site presence and offers flexible hours. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume environment and demonstrate strong analytical skills while ensuring accuracy in invoice processing.

Job Responsibility:

Process invoice exceptions by reviewing automated postings
Verify coding accuracy and make necessary corrections
Perform detailed data entry tasks
Handle high-volume invoice processing
Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to accounting procedures
Utilize SAP software for processing and tracking invoices
Conduct reverse entries to correct discrepancies
Maintain organized records for auditing
Provide support for ad hoc projects
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues

Requirements:

Fluent in French
Previous experience in accounts payable or related field preferred
Familiarity with SAP or similar accounting software highly desirable
Strong attention to detail
Ability to analyze financial data
Ability to manage high volumes of data efficiently and accurately
Effective communication skills
Willingness to work on-site
Must undergo pre-employment assessments

Nice to have:

Previous experience in accounts payable
