Accounts Payable Clerk

• Managing the full accounts payable cycle, including reviewing, coding, and processing invoices
• Ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Preparing and processing electronic payments (ACH, wire transfers, etc.) and managing check runs
• Reconciling vendor accounts and resolving discrepancies through thorough communication and follow-up
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing accounts payable accruals
• Reviewing expense reports for compliance with company policies and processing reimbursements
• Collaborating with other departments and vendors to streamline processes and improve efficiency

• High school diploma required
• associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience
• experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or similar platforms)
• Strong knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, and v-lookups)
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a high-energy environment
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Accounts Payable Specialist certification (APS) is a bonus but not required
