Job Responsibility:
Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
Ensure accuracy and timely entry of accounts payable data
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end closing procedures
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately
Communicate effectively with vendors, internal departments, and management
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
familiarity with accounting software a plus
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Excellent organizational and communication skills
