Accounts Payable Clerk

• Oversee the accounts payable inbox and ensure timely responses to vendor inquiries
• import and process invoices accurately, maintaining compliance with company policies
• manage invoice coding and ensure proper allocation to the appropriate accounts
• conduct check runs and ensure payments are processed promptly
• collaborate with team members to streamline accounts payable processes and support operational needs
• utilize Sage Intacct software to manage and track accounts payable activities
• handle a high volume of invoices across multiple store locations weekly
• provide support to other team members by taking on additional accounts payable responsibilities as needed
• identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices and payments

• Proven experience in accounts payable, with the ability to handle high volumes of invoices
• proficiency in using Sage Intacct or similar accounting software
• strong understanding of invoice processing, coding, and check runs
• ability to work independently and efficiently in a mostly remote environment
• excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• familiarity with managing accounts payable across multiple business locations is a plus
