Job Description:

Join The St. Regis Istanbul as Accounts Payable Clerk and ensure accurate financial operations including auditing, cash handling, and compliance with company policies. Enjoy working in a prestigious location supporting team success.

Job Responsibility:

Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes
Organize, secure, and maintain files and records
Record, store, and analyze computerized financial information
Classify, summarize, and keep financial data
Complete period-end closing procedures and reports
Audit cashier banks periodically
Maintain, distribute, and record petty cash, cashier banks, and contracts
Document and act upon cash variances
Liaise between property and banking services
Participate in internal and external audits

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
Ability to organize, secure, and maintain files
Proficiency in accessing and analyzing financial information
Communication skills including clear and professional language use
Compliance with company policies
Physical ability to move objects less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
