Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join a thriving manufacturing company located in Mentor, Ohio. This role involves performing full-cycle accounts payable processes, including managing high-volume invoice processing and ensuring accurate 3-way matching between purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents.

Job Responsibility:

Execute end-to-end accounts payable duties including invoice processing, coding, and payment
Perform accurate matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents
Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments
Maintain accurate records of invoices, check runs, and other financial documents
Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end closing activities
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within the AP function

Requirements:

Experience in full-cycle accounts payable processes
Experience with high-volume invoice processing
Proficiency in 3-way matching between purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents
Strong manufacturing experience
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
Detail-oriented approach
