Accounts Payable Clerk

• Enter a high volume of vendor invoices into the designated invoice management platform with strong attention to speed and accuracy
• Examine invoice details against supporting records to confirm completeness, proper coding, and compliance with internal standards
• Partner with accounts payable team members to keep invoice workflows moving and ensure documents are ready for timely processing
• Investigate discrepancies such as pricing, quantity, or documentation issues to reach resolution
• Track invoice activity, maintain records, and support daily accounts payable operations
• Help maintain organized documentation and accurate processing records to support audit readiness and reporting needs

• At least 2 years of recent experience in accounts payable
• Proven ability to handle high-volume data entry with a strong level of accuracy
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking, reviewing, and organizing accounts payable information
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and take appropriate corrective action
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with purchasing teams and finance colleagues

Familiarity with Sage Intacct, Viewpoint Vista, or comparable system is preferred
