Accounts Payable Clerk

• Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any issues
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies or payment issues
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills, including vendor invoices, credit card transactions, and employee reimbursements
• Accounts payable research and analysis

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role preferred
• Strong analytical skills, typing, and computer skills
• Strong excel knowledge is a plus
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills sufficient to negotiate resolutions and enlist support, cooperation, and assistance from others
