Accounts Payable Clerk

• High-Volume Accounts Payable Processing: Manage a consistent weekly volume of files requiring detailed cross-checking and multi-document data entry
• Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate records by verifying and coding invoices and transaction documents into the corporate system
• Vendor & Supply Chain Liaison: Communicate with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to identify and resolve document discrepancies
• Office Support: Perform general administrative duties such as filing and data entry to support the broader accounting team

• 1-2 Years of hands on experience working in accounts payable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and accurate, efficient data entry skills
• Ability to handle repetitive functions with a high level of accuracy
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a small, integrated team
• Must be ready to start the week of January 12th and work on-site five days a week

Proficiency in the core AP functions may lead to additional responsibilities in accounts receivable, collections, and month-end procedures
