Accounts Payable Clerk

• Process and record invoices accurately and efficiently to ensure timely payments
• Perform regular check runs and confirm payment schedules
• Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company standards
• Enter numeric data into accounting systems with precision and attention to detail
• Collaborate with other departments to address payment inquiries and provide support
• Assist in preparing reports related to accounts payable activities
• Monitor vendor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable
• Proficiency in bank reconciliations and check runs
• Strong numeric data entry skills with high accuracy
• Familiarity with accounting software and systems
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
