Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative and accounting support to the Accounting Department, ensuring efficiency in daily operations
Organize and maintain accurate records for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and other financial files
Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions with precision and timeliness
Input daily financial data into the accounting system, maintaining accuracy and compliance
Prepare and execute weekly accounts payable checks, adhering to company procedures
Collaborate with team members to address accounting-related tasks and provide assistance as needed
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role
Proficiency in processing invoices, coding transactions, and performing check runs
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data entry with accuracy
Familiarity with invoice reconciliation and financial recordkeeping
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and resolve issues
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
