Accounts Payable Clerk

• Process and manage accounts payable tasks, including matching, batching, and coding invoices
• Accurately enter invoices into the accounting system
• Perform check runs and ensure timely payments to vendors
• Maintain organized records of invoices and financial transactions
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices
• Utilize Excel to compile and analyze financial data
• Support general accounting operations and ensure compliance with company policies
• Conduct invoice reviews to ensure accuracy and proper coding
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss workflow updates

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role
• Proficiency in coding invoices and processing payments
• Strong knowledge of Excel for data management and analysis
• Familiarity with accounting systems
• Salesforce experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members
• Flexibility to work 21 hours per week during normal business hours
