Accounts Payable Clerk

• Process vendor invoices promptly and ensure accurate entry into the accounting system
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to verify payment details
• Reconcile vendor statements and address any discrepancies or outstanding issues
• Assist in conducting weekly payment runs, including checks, ACH transfers, and wires
• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records and files
• Communicate with vendors to resolve payment inquiries or invoice discrepancies
• Contribute to month-end closing activities by providing necessary accounts payable support
• Perform additional related duties as assigned to support the accounting team

• Hands-on experience with Sage 300 is required for this role
• At least 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting functions
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or HCM SaaS Oracle Fusion is a plus
