Job Description:

We're hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk to support a busy finance team on the north side of Indianapolis. This contract role is expected to last at least 4 months and offers the opportunity to contribute immediately in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Job Responsibility:

Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time
Reconcile AP transactions and resolve discrepancies
Maintain records and support month-end close activities
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Prior Accounts Payable experience (required)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear, professional communication style
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
