Job Description:

Robert Half is hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) team in Louisville. This internal, full-time position gives you the chance to work with a range of top employers while maintaining the support and consistency of full-time employment. As a member of our FTEP team, you’ll gain exposure to diverse industries, build lasting relationships, and enjoy access to long-term projects—without the uncertainty of traditional contracting.

Job Responsibility:

Process high-volume vendor invoices with speed and accuracy
Manage payment cycles and resolve discrepancies with professionalism
Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting
Work closely with internal teams to support smooth financial operations
Leverage your Excel skills to organize and analyze data (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)

Requirements:

Must reside in the Louisville, KY metro area
2+ years of accounts payable experience in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs required)
Sharp attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while adapting to new environments quickly
