Accounts Payable Clerk

• Accurately process invoices using the ERP system
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of accounts payable
• Extract email addresses from the system, clean and organize the data
• Communicate with vendors via email to update them on their process, occasionally requiring phone calls
• Manage data collection projects, ensuring all information is correctly entered into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
• Display proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
• Regularly reconcile vendor statements
• Enter and manage vendor invoices in an organized manner
• Maintain vendor contact and manage vendor communication effectively
• Ensure all coding of invoices is done accurately and promptly

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Demonstrated experience in Coding Invoices
• Competent in Data Entry tasks
• Proven experience in Invoice Processing
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
• Experience in entering vendor invoices is essential
• Capability to reconcile vendor statements
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A finance or business-related degree is desirable
