Job Responsibility:
Supporting finance operations and ensuring payments run seamlessly
Transactional processes including processing high volumes of supplier invoices and employee expenses
Maintaining vendor records
Conducting payment runs
Request, review and reconcile supplier statements
Answering queries and ad hoc tasks
Processing invoices
Collaborating with colleagues and supporting suppliers
Managing a high volume of invoices ensuring they're processed in a timely manner
Supporting innovation across the wider team
Requirements:
At least a year of hands-on experience as an Accounts Payable Assistant
Motivated and detail-driven
