The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accurate, timely and efficient processing of invoices and payments, supporting the finance team to maintain smooth financial operations.
Job Responsibility:
Process supplier invoices and employee expenses
Match invoices to purchase orders
Supplier statements reconciliations
Posting supplier payments
Assist with supplier payment runs
Requirements:
Diligent and detail-oriented
Strong understanding of end-to-end accounts payable processes
At least 12–18 months’ relevant experience
Eager to develop and acquire new skills
