Job Responsibility:

Processing high-volume AP invoices and expense reports
Performing 2-way and 3-way match
Managing vendor inquiries, reconciliations, and escalations
Supporting AP month-end close processes
Assisting with ERP conversions, workflow redesign, or AP automation initiatives
Maintaining accurate accounting records and documentation
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve AP processes

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of Accounts Payable or AP Analyst experience
Strong understanding of AP processes, controls, and invoice flow
Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, or other major ERP systems (SAP highly preferred)
Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in the Charlotte area
Adaptability, attention to detail, proactive-mindset, curiosity, and the desire to grow your skill set across multiple industries
Strong communication written and verbal
