Job Description:

The chosen candidate will be part of our diverse team in the industry, working in a hybrid setting. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the processing and organization of payroll and billing tasks
  • Handle accounts payable duties and manage open payables
  • Utilize accounting software systems and ERP for effective financial management
  • Perform general ledger operations and cross-reference reports for accuracy
  • Uphold accounting functions and perform accrual accounting tasks
  • Implement automated clearing house processes for efficient transactions
  • Conduct auditing tasks to ensure financial compliance
  • Utilize Concur and ADP for financial services operations
  • Manage account coding activities for accurate financial tracking

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Account Coding
  • Experience with various Accounting Software Systems
  • Knowledge in ADP - Financial Services is a plus
  • Familiarity with Concur software
  • Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Ability to perform various Accounting Functions
  • Experience in Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Knowledge of Accrual Accounting
  • Auditing skills are highly valued
  • Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge in ADP - Financial Services
  • Auditing skills
