Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Account Coding
Experience with various Accounting Software Systems
Knowledge in ADP - Financial Services is a plus
Familiarity with Concur software
Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Ability to perform various Accounting Functions
Experience in Accounts Payable (AP)
Knowledge of Accrual Accounting
Auditing skills are highly valued

Job Responsibility

Oversee the processing and organization of payroll and billing tasks
Handle accounts payable duties and manage open payables
Utilize accounting software systems and ERP for effective financial management
Perform general ledger operations and cross-reference reports for accuracy
Uphold accounting functions and perform accrual accounting tasks
Implement automated clearing house processes for efficient transactions
Conduct auditing tasks to ensure financial compliance
Utilize Concur and ADP for financial services operations
Manage account coding activities for accurate financial tracking

Job Responsibility

Create all payments within Oracle Cloud and manually on the banking platforms - approximately 12 payments per day
ensure SG&A invoices are approved to submission and payment
ensure the majority of the invoices are processed by an external team, so the role's primary focus is handling inquiries and resolving discrepancies
manage vendor and supplier details as required
monitor all unvouchered items to ensure documents are received prompt and in the correct manner
open, review and distribute all physical post
manage incidents on existing loads and escalate when required
work with internal reps to resolve carrier/vendor complaints
regularly review carrier statements to ensure the creditors balance is accurate
respond to all queries through shared inboxes from internal and external parties
