Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator for a part-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in South OKC. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of A/P responsibilities and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Process invoices and support daily Accounts Payable activities
  • Review vendor statements and assist with invoice inquiries
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets
  • Assist with scanning, saving, and organizing PDF documents
  • Maintain both electronic and paper filing systems
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • scan documents as needed
  • Answer phones, take messages, and route calls appropriately
  • Provide general administrative and miscellaneous office support

Requirements

  • Experience with invoice processing in Accounts Payable
  • Comfortable working with vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Adobe (required)
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of administrative duties
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work a consistent weekday schedule in an office setting that requires attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of invoice coding and the ability to enter financial data with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience reviewing vendor statements and resolving invoice issues or payment questions
