The successful candidate will manage the full spectrum of Accounts Payable and Receivable, alongside daily financial administration. Job Responsibility:
Accounts Payable (AP): End-to-end processing, reconciliations, and payment runs.
Accounts Receivable (AR): Invoicing, credit control, and managing client queries.
Accounts Admin: Day to day administration as required
System Management: Navigating and utilising internal ERP and accounting software.
Advanced Excel: Confident with pivot tables and reporting
Requirements:
Proven Experience: You have a solid background in both AR and AP functions.
Tech-Savvy: You have a natural ability to pick up new software quickly and efficiently.
Local Knowledge: Experience within the transport or supply chain industry is a bonus, but not essential.
Reliability: You pride yourself on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
