Job Responsibility
Support the management of a portfolio of account clients ensuring timely submission of financial statements and tax returns
Develop and maintain effective client relationships, including attending client meetings
Prepare financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, charities and limited companies
Produce year end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies in accordance with the relevant accounting standards
Support the organisation of the flow of work, taking into consideration resourcing requirements
Ensure that work is delivered with budget and time requirements
Provide assistance in the development of junior staff
Prepare schedules for tax returns
Complete VAT returns
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified
General Practice experience
Ability to travel to client premises and between offices
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Good computer skills
Ability to work as part of a team, yet also work using own initiative when required
Good organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail
