Job Description

We are actively seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in finance and accounting principles, coupled with a proactive approach to handling various aspects of financial management.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records
  • Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and accounting principles
  • Assist in preparing tax returns and liaise with external auditors during audits
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for financial records
  • Handle confidential financial information with discretion
  • Process payroll in an accurate and timely manner, including tax deductions and benefits administration
  • Address employee queries related to payroll and benefits
  • Collaborate with HR for seamless coordination between finance and human resources
  • Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate financial information effectively to management and other departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
