As part of our finance team, you will be responsible for updating all accounting records through our ERP system, ensuring accurate and efficient financial tracking. You will prepare payment vouchers, issue cheques, and initiate online banking payments to facilitate timely and secure financial transactions. Maintaining up-to-date records and filing is crucial for compliance and easy retrieval of information during audits and regulatory checks. You will also process staff’s monthly expense claims, streamlining reimbursement processes and promoting employee satisfaction. Your role includes processing sales orders and billing for machines, spare parts, and services, optimizing revenue recognition and customer satisfaction through precise and timely billing. Additionally, you will follow up with debtors on collections, improving cash flow and reducing outstanding receivables, which significantly contributes to the company's financial health.
Job Responsibility
Record and maintain full set of account
Assist in preparing monthly financial management reports for submission to headquarters within deadline
Insurance handling – company vehicles, office, staff personal accident and medical
Assist in attending to auditors for year end financial audit
Support Service Administration assigned by the Management as and when needed
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements
Good communication skill with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or part qualification of ACCA or CIMA
At least 3 years of working experience as accounts executive in trading company with ERP system
