We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The role requires hands-on experience with accounting software, strong Excel skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
Job Responsibility:
Manage daily accounting activities using Zoho Accounting Software
Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial data, reports, and supporting documentation
Ensure proper file management of financial and payroll records (physical and digital)
Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries using MS Excel
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and payroll operations
Experience in a corporate or IT services environment is an advantage
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential financial information
Strong communication and coordination skills
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience with Zoho Accounting Software
Nice to have:
Working knowledge of GST compliance and filings
Understanding of TDS calculations and returns
Familiarity with statutory and regulatory requirements
