Job Description:

Our client is well established in Singapore and is in the engineering consultancy space. They are seeking a grounded Accounts Executive who thrives working in a small and cohesive team.

Job Responsibility:

handle daily accounting activities
focus primarily on accounts payable
occasional support for accounts receivable
prepare and submit invoices
bank payments
liaise with clients on payment due
assist with purchasing and quotation activities

Requirements:

Diploma in Accountancy or it's equivalent
minimally 1 year of prior experience in partial sets of accounting
strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications
meticulous
adaptable
enjoy working in a lean team
