Accounts Executive

• Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain general ledger, balance sheet, and income statement schedules
• Oversee accounts receivable: statements, invoices, collections, and customer queries
• Handle accounts payable: validate invoices, resolve vendor issues, reconcile ledgers
• Support local tax and regulatory reporting requirements
• Contribute to inventory management and payroll activities
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams for financial alignment
• Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for special projects
• Uphold ATS’s Code of Business Conduct and health & safety standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional accounting designation (completed or in progress) or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of general accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or sales environment
• Strong skills in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

Exposure to JD Edwards, Tungsten, BlackLine, or OneStream is a plus
