Job Description:

An opportunity to work with Courtyard by Marriott Setia Alam as an Accounts Executive, responsible for financial and accounting tasks, maintaining records, and collaborating with teams to ensure accuracy and quality in work

Job Responsibility:

Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents
record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information
classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data using journals, ledgers, and/or computers
prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports
complete period-end closing procedures and reports
prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements
follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices
coordinate tasks and collaborate with other departments
assign and ensure work tasks meet quality standards
develop and maintain positive working relationships
perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
