Job Description:

As an Accounts Executive, you will support the finance & accounts functions by handling day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, assisting with month-end close, and working closely with the finance manager or senior accountant. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to gain full‐set accounting exposure and build a career in a dynamic company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process accounts payable (invoices, payments) and accounts receivable (billings, collections)
  • Maintain general ledger entries and journal postings
  • Perform bank reconciliation, petty cash control and cash book updates
  • Assist with monthly management accounts and financial reporting
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis as required
  • Liaise with internal teams and external parties (auditors, tax agents)
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements and internal controls
  • Assist with ad-hoc accounting / finance projects or tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • internships or part-time accounting exposure is an added advantage but not mandatory
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and full‐set accounting desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • familiarity with accounting software is a plus
  • Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills – able to work in team and independently
  • Willingness to work from the designated office/site and adapt in a corporate/project environment
