Job Description

As a vital member of the finance division, you will take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations and management reporting functions to support senior leadership in driving strategic business growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
  • Oversee daily accounting workflows, managing billing transactions, corporate invoices, supplier payables, and internet banking disbursements
  • Supervise the reconciliation of daily cumulative sales data, bank-in slips, and general ledger accounts across all business outlets
  • Coordinate the compilation of annual corporate budgets and perform variance analysis to track actual performance against commercial targets
  • Facilitate month-end closing processes, fixed asset accounting, and coordinate required documentation for external auditors and tax authorities

Requirements

  • Strong basic experience of handling accounts independently, preferably managing financial books for multiple entities
  • Technical proficiency in standard corporate tax analysis, statutory compliance regulations, and local consumption tax reporting
  • Experience utilizing tier-1 ERP software or standard digital accounting applications for daily data entry and financial consolidation
  • Practical knowledge of financial policies and the ability to identify operational improvements to optimize accounting workflows
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across internal departments and liaise with external professional partners
  • Bachelor Degree
