Job Responsibility

  • Accounts Payable: End-to-end processing of invoices, statement reconciliations, and managing payment runs
  • Accounts Receivable: Allocating incoming payments, managing collections, and resolving billing discrepancies
  • Payroll: Processing weekly/fortnightly pay cycles, managing superannuation, and ensuring compliance with awards and legislation
  • General Accounting: Assisting with month-end reporting and maintaining accurate financial records

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar finance or transactional accounting role
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Xero, MYOB, or Zenith)
  • Strong attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
  • National Police Clearance
  • Secondary School/High School
