Job Responsibility:
Daily Accounts Support: Handle supplier invoices, client invoicing, and reconciliations (including bank, staff expenses, credit cards, and foreign currency transactions)
Invoice Accuracy: Carefully check all incoming invoices against records (POs, quotations, and project trackers) with a sharp eye for detail
Onboarding Support: Assist with credit account applications and the onboarding process for suppliers and clients
VAT & Payroll Assistance: Support VAT and payroll processes when required, reducing reliance on one individual
Requirements:
Has strong accounts experience, ideally within the construction sector or a similar field
Is confident working independently in a busy, project-driven setting
Possesses a good working knowledge of Excel and accounting systems (Xero preferred)
Understands the importance of invoice accuracy and compliance
