Job Description:

Citadel Source is delighted to be working with a well-recognised client in Cheltenham, who is actively seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team. Our client is looking for someone who demonstrates strong numerical skills and has excellent attention to detail. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the day-to-day finance team.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and monitor daily banking transactions and process payments
Daily bank accounts reconciliation and investigate discrepancies
Cashflow monitoring
Assist with the maintenance of accurate financial records
Investigate and resolve transactional queries
Purchase ledger

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role
Confident in dealing with a high-volume workload
Ideally AAT qualified or currently studying
Previous experience working with Quickbooks
Strong Excel skills
Strong numerical skills
Excellent attention to detail
