Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with an Award-Winning Creative Agency helping with their search for an Accounts Assistant to join their rapidly growing team. With a 50-person headcount, they belong to a group of partner agencies collectively turning over around £60mill globally with a strong focus on advertising, branding, design & events. The agency has a fantastic office space in Central London, where they like to make use of the vibrant bars and restaurants nearby. They are a values driven business who are now looking for an eager Accounts Assistant to join their sociable, collaborative finance team.

Job Responsibility

  • Credit Card reconciliations
  • Monthly journal entries, accruals, and prepayments
  • Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Preparing P&L accounts
  • Assisting with Forecasting and Budgeting
  • Helping to produce management reports and analysis
  • Intercompany and intergroup accounts billing and reconciliation
  • Assisting with month end duties
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • 6-18 months' experience working in an AP role or similar
  • Paprika Software experience
  • Experience working in PR or Advertising or Marketing or Media preferable
  • MS Excel proficient
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good all-rounder, proactive, team player
