Job Responsibility:

  • Sales Ledger - assist with processing invoices, credit notes & receipts
  • Credit Control & Credit Checks
  • Purchase Ledger - assist with processing invoices, credit notes & payments
  • Reconciling Purchase ledger monthly payments for approval to Directors
  • Cash Book - assist with process cash book payments and receipts
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Costing using Pegasus
  • To process sales ledger invoices and applications payment

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - including Good Excel skills
  • Highly organised and motivated, with a high degree of common sense & methodical logical approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good work ethic and positive approach
  • Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping
  • Excellent Customer Relationship
  • Systems experience, Sage 200 & Pegasus
