Planet Recruitment are recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a client of ours based near Kidlington, Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will assist with various transactional duties within our clients accounts department.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with various transactional duties within the accounts department
Closely check invoice details including PO numbers, client details, currency and VAT details
Maintain accurate customer and account records
Requirements:
Experience using Excel
Experience with invoicing
Confident, trained and experienced using Sage
Background in finance
Experience working at a construction-based company advantageous
Must live in Oxfordshire
Nice to have:
