Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join us in Hammersmith, London.

Job Responsibility:

  • Enter key supplier invoices into the system for landlord payment
  • Reconcile monthly supplier statements, petty cash, credit card spend, and TDS, resolving any discrepancies
  • Review Rent Guarantee Policy charges against recovered funds, investigating and resolving any issues
  • Manage and monitor the lettings client account inbox
  • Handle supplier calls and accounting queries promptly and in line with company procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in previous similar role or a Finance environment
  • IT Literate/good knowledge Microsoft packages/Excel/Word
  • Comfortable working with invoices, reconciliations, statements, and financial data
  • Demonstrable experience of administrative systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of the lettings or sales market
