Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Maintain precise financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or queries
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed, contributing to a collaborative environment
  • Support the Senior Financial Controller with various daily, monthly, and annual duties
  • Assist the UK and Global offices

Requirements:

  • A degree or relevant qualification in finance or accounting is ideal
  • MUST have previous experience, ideally within professional services
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
