My client, a well-established and respected engineering business, is looking for a detail-driven Sage 200 Accounts Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a key role supporting accurate job costing and financial processing, working closely with senior managers in a collaborative and professional environment.
Job Responsibility:
Reviewing and maintaining job records in Sage 200
Processing purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier invoices
Managing petty cash, staff expenses, and company credit cards
Reconciling month-end figures and preparing BACS payments
Posting payroll journals and providing occasional payroll cover
Ensuring accurate customer invoicing and overhead processing
Requirements:
Proven experience using Sage 200 (essential)
A methodical, organised approach with strong attention to detail
Confidence working independently and liaising with internal teams
Previous experience in a finance or accounts support role
