Job Description:

Part-time Accounts Assistant role in a dynamic and creative company specialising in designing and delivering innovative workspaces that inspire collaboration and productivity. Job Responsibility:

Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding
Assist with sales invoicing and credit control activities
Reconcile bank accounts and company credit cards
Support with month-end processes and reporting tasks
Manage expense claims and petty cash
Maintain accurate financial and accounting records
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers
Provide ad hoc administrative support to the finance team

Requirements:

Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident user of accounting software (Xero, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively over two days
Positive, proactive attitude and a team-focused mindset

Nice to have:

Experience working in a creative or professional services environment
Knowledge of UK VAT and basic financial reporting
Familiarity with modern accounting and finance systems
